Wang Tongyan | Chairperson

Dr. Wang Tongyan has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with long-term dedication to pharmaceutical innovation, industry management, international cooperation, and market development. Having held senior management positions in multinational corporations, private groups, and listed companies, she possesses extensive experience in strategic management, business development, M&A, and international operations. She currently serves as Global Senior Vice President and Managing Director of China at DIA (Drug Information Association), continuously advancing knowledge sharing, capacity building, and international exchange in the pharmaceutical R&D field.

Guan Qingwei | Vice Chairperson

Mr. Guan Qingwei currently serves as Chairman of Beijing Huawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., with long-term deep involvement in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He has rich experience in corporate governance, group operations, and industrial resource integration. He is well-versed in industry policies and regulations, pharmaceutical distribution, market access, and international cooperation, and has long promoted the transformation of pharmaceutical scientific achievements, the construction of international exchange and cooperation platforms, and the standardized development of the industry. He has solid practical experience in the strategic implementation and industrial synergy of pharmaceutical projects.

Yan Xiaojun | Vice Chairperson

Ms. Yan Xiaojun has over 30 years of experience in drug R&D and China/global regulatory affairs, with experience in both multinational pharmaceutical companies and startups in global drug development, registration, and policy affairs. She has held senior management or key positions at companies such as BeiGene, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, and AstraZeneca. She currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Global Board of DIA. She has long been involved in regulatory science, registration strategy, drug policy, and international exchange, with profound professional influence.

Xu Ning | Council Member

Dr. Xu Ning has long been engaged in clinical drug development and regulatory affairs, with 25 years of experience in clinical drug development. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Zai Lab, responsible for clinical development and regulatory affairs, and has served as Chair of the DIA China Advisory Committee and Board Director of the DIA Global Board. Dr. Xu possesses solid experience in clinical research, regulatory strategy, and international drug policy exchange, with rich practical accumulation in promoting innovative drug clinical development, study design, and standardized management.

Li Mengjuan | Council Member

Ms. Li Mengjuan is a senior executive coach and leadership expert. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific Innovation and R&D at Johnson & Johnson, and as Head of Human Resources at Janssen China Pharmaceuticals. She has long been deeply engaged in pharmaceutical R&D talent development, organizational capability building, and international talent cultivation. She has promoted the development of the DIA China R&D Talent Leadership Academic Community and a series of training programs, and has extensive experience in industry leadership development, cross-cultural management, and professional talent cultivation.
